My Three Favorite Recent Reads

Not surprising, there are two wonderful World War II books on my list this year. The Tattooist of Auschwitz is a true Holocaust and love story that is both horrifying and uplifting at the same time. The Splendid and the Vile gives readers a behind-the-scenes, intimate view of the Churchill family and their friends and associates and what life in London was like during the Blitz.
